TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Confirmation of seat is upon successful registration (with REMIX SEA 08 ID).
- All payments must be made by the stipulated deadline in invoice.
- Payment can be made via credit card, wire transfer, pay-in. Proof of delivery
is not a proof of receipt.
- All payments are to be made to “Visionaire Co., Ltd.”.
- For credit card payments, the amount will be changed in Thai BAHT through VISA,
MASTER Card and KBank Local Card only.
- Please ensure that payments are made within the deadline. Otherwise the promotion
price will be automatically increased to the latest promotional price.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
- No refund after registration.
- Replacement is only allowed for attendees within the same organization. If delegate
did not provide the name of organization when was registering, replacement is not
valid.
SUBSTITUTION REQUIREMENTS:
- The Event Management Team will facilitate the airport transfer to hotel (in recommendation),
please find “Microsoft REMIX 08 SEA” counter at the Suvanabhumi International Airport
during May 28 – May 29.
- Canceling and changing of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility
of the registrant.
